An expert in team building activities for company seminars and away days.
Created in 2005, Caravelle Consulting organises and performs team building events for corporate seminars and conventions.
We operate in France and neighbouring countries (Monaco, Luxembourg, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland and the UK) and can conduct our events in French, English and German.
Our initial proposal, the murder party soon evolved to include various challenges linked to the theme and then to offer new “explorative games” such as treasure hunts in museums (the Orsay and the Louvre) and to discover cities (city treasure hunts in Paris, Nice, Monaco, St Paul de Vence), our Olympic Games and the quiz. Our experience enabled us to gain an expertise in finding the ideal place for client seminars and activities.
Benefitting from his experience as a director in a large food company and then as a consultant in international development in Europe and the United States, Bernard brings his managerial experience in organisation, project management and internal communication in multicultural companies to the Caravelle Consulting venture. Through his team building games he aims to creates a break from the everyday professional environment and structure in order to facilitate convivial and spontaneous interaction between colleagues and underline the pleasure of “doing” together.
Graduate in History of Art and Italian from the University College London, Pandora worked in publishing and teaching in the UK and France before launching Caravelle Consulting with Bernard. She is delighted to use her cultural knowledge and experience to create museum and city treasure hunts and quizzes of all natures. “Imported” from England in 1999, Pandora conserves her charming accent as well as a … taste for Agatha Christie !
Actors, Stéphane, Agnès and Shinta regularly present the events with us and add their marked sense of theatre and show (wo)manship.
Students from Carcado Saisseval also contribute their enthusiasm, energy, commitment and a fresh look on the latest forms of communication during their internships with us.
Our idea was to transpose the role plays of the Murder Mystery to the business world. Not only are they a fun and imaginative activity for a seminar, they also echo the fundamental principals for any project group.
Rapidly the notion of “searching together” became a key element. So we varied the type of mystery as well as the mechanisms of the games. Cultural elements which till then had served as background to the Detective Parties became central to our rallies and treasure hunts: art, landmarks, history, contemporary society, all play a role in our games of exploration and orientation.

The success of these additional challenges and games led us to develop cultural, sporting and gourmet Olympic Games as activities in their own right as well as quizzes on all themes.
